Express Website Delivery Model

1. Scope of the document

The primary objective of the project is to redesign and develop a website in a
relevant, timely and customized manner such that the client gets an international
quality website within 7 days at a minimal cost of Rs 60,000.
This document describes our approach of the website & information on how we
propose to implement the project, our methodology, project understanding &
estimated time lines and commercials.
2. Current Scenario & Process of Website Building

The purpose of the website is brand extension and information dissemination.

A typical 20 pages website would use the following model to create a website:

Shortfalls of this model:

a. Due to the time duration of 30 days the end product is often shoddier and less
impressive than what was conceived at the design stage due to constant
interferences.
b. The client has to invest 30 days of his time to eventually get a mediocre final
product.
c. The client has to allocate significant amounts of their resources & budgets to
sustain a 30-day project. Most standard agencies charge a minimum of Rs 2.5
Rs.3 lakhs for such a project.
d. At the design stage the client never gets a feeler as to how the website would
function and operate and are solely dependent on their imagination, which
eventually leads to either disappointment or lesser ROIs.

3. Our Approach to Website Development

85% of all websites in the world are similarly structured and can be classified into 9
10 different types. These websites serve the purpose they were created for i.e.
brand extension and information dissemination. The remaining 15 % are experiential
sites, which cater to very specific needs of the client for a niche target audience.
Routing from this key thought, we teamed up with some of the best IT engineers in

5. Technical Specifications
The Website will be tested on multiple platforms and browsers such as IE 6 and
above, Firefox, Chrome to ensure optimal functionality. Most sites would be
extremely light to load on even slower Internet speeds. Most designs would be liquid
engineered to adapt to various browser, screens and resolution as per the latest
global standards.
The website will be developed using latest technologies such HTML 5, JQuery,
Asp.net and complexity of the technology would depend solely on the clients
requirements.
All websites would be extremely SEO friendly. All search engines will be able to
read the content on this website.

Cost: Rs 60,000
Inclusions & Fine print:
1. A Global standard fully functional website of maximum 20 pages.
2. Customization of every page as per the brand.
3. Content editing and integration on to the respective pages and proof checking.
4. Image correction and integration with relevant alt tags.
5. Creative banners and brand design integration by highly skilled and experienced
designers.
6. Integration of contact forms to the backend data management module.
7. Social media integration. Note: we will only integrate the site to relevant social
media accounts that the client has already created.

9. Additional pages will have a one time cost of Rs 10,000 and will cost Rs 1000/per extra page
10. The time taken to create the customized website will be minimum of 7 days from
the time we receive all relevant content from the client.
11. The time taken to complete could extend based on untimely approvals or
additional requests from the client.

Main Course Package

Cost: Rs 1,00,000
In addition to the starter pack for an additional Rs. 40,000 let our team of designers
help you create your Brand Identity kit. Which will include a 4-member panel of logo
Research & development team + 5 to 7 different logo concepts to choose from. Each
logo would be treated as a campaign in itself with its unique copy, Brand colors, font
type & treatment method. Along with the logo, the kit also provides you with the
envelope, letterhead and business card templates.
Inclusions & Fine print:
1. A Global standard fully functional website of maximum 20 pages.
2. Customization of every page as per the brand.
3. Content editing and integration on to the respective pages and proof checking.
4. Image correction and integration with relevant alt tags.

Cost: Rs 1,50,000
The dessert pack is a complete package if you believe in having a one-point solution
to keep the rhythm flowing. This pack offers you all benefits of the main course pack
and helps you promote your rejuvenated brand by creating a campaign around it. It
will include digital banner creative, wallpapers, poster artworks, Hoarding artwork,
signages & emailers.

The number of creatives for the campaign will be predefined with every client
based on the complexity of execution and other key factors.
This package only consists of softcopy of creative and now way includes
execution and print.
