What is HR Sangam
HR Sangam is a forum for HR professionals in Chennai founded by
Mr. Shashikanth Jayaraman in 2006. HR Sangam aims to network
and share knowledge among the HR fraternity in Chennai. Regular
events are organized inviting senior or specialised practitioners to
share their insights on contemporary areas of HR

About the founder

Mr. Shashikanth Jayaraman is a passionate HR professional with over a decade of
rich and varied experience with ABN AMRO Bank, Reliance Retail & Bajaj Allianz
Life Insurance handling Recruitment, Training, Talent management, retention &
development, Performance management, Employee engagement, HRIS & MIS
and Process Automation. He presently heads the HR function for TVS Automobile
Solutions Limited, a group company of TVS & Sons. Shashi is the recipient of
the HR excellence awards at Bajaj Allianz and TVS. He has a keen interest in
behavioural sciences and mentors budding HR professionals regularly. He also
lends his strategic inputs to small enterprises on their HR needs. Being a cheerful
speaker, he delivers lectures at various forums and is also a visiting faculty member
at B Schools and teaches Human Resource management.
