Increasing road safety and transport efficiency

through improved professional competence

Manila, 9 March 2015

Every item is carried by road at a certain point

Necessary conditions to allow road transport

to drive trade, hence economic development
1. Good infrastructure

2. Harmonised legislative frameworks to

facilitate trade and international road

transport

3. Service excellence
