To handle the incidents and instruct the resolution steps through mail quickly without breaching the
SLA time. Also handling the analysis and defect fixes depending on the severity of the incidents.
Roles and Responsibilities:

addressing the business about the status of the application. This also performs SQL queries and fetch
data from teradata tables that shows the deviation of records from the previous day. These entire
collection is saved into a HTML file and they they are sent through a mail.
