High pressure steam boilers, steam drums, fired & no fired heaters and

Magnetic Inspection and Dye penetrant testing on shaft, pipes, support
columns etc Preparing reports, and documents along with drawings.
Carried out UT, MPT & LPT for HEAVY WATER PLANT MANUGURU DEPT. OF
ATOMICENERGY. (INSPECTION OF COLD TOWER, HARD TOWER MANHOLES, INNERWELD
AND PIPELINES).

Carried out UT, MPT & LPT for NATIONAL THERMAL POWER STATION IN ORISSA.
INSITU STEAM SIDE OXIDE SCALE MEASUREMENTS IN SUPER HEATER/REHEATER
COILS IN BOILERS.
Performed Ultrasonic Corrosion survey of Vessel, Heat Exchanger.
To carried out Ultrasonic Thickness gauging of Pipe lines.
Carried out Magnetic Particle Inspection and Penetrant Inspection on
Nozzle weld, Butt weld and Fillet weld.
