Sir:
The undersigned Chief of Police of Jaro Iloilo City Station, Iloilo accuses
Sowwee T. Pus, 49 years old, married, and a resident of Barangay Tagbak, Jaro Iloilo, of
the crime of theft, committed as follows:
That on or about February 10, 2013, in the patients room at Iloilo Mission
Hospital, Mission Road Jaro Iloilo, accused did there and then willfully, unlawfully, and
feloniously by means of force, violence and intimidation, that is by then and there
threatening the victim Rachel I. Sane, with a knife, locally known as guinunting, which
she was holding at the time she forcefully grabbed the neck of the victim while the victim
was sound asleep, did there and then willfully, unlawfully, and feloniously threatened to
stabbed her when she noticed that the victim was already awake, took her diamond
necklace against her will and consent.
Request conduct of preliminary investigation on the matter for appropriate filing
of information in court if found with probable cause.
