Great place to work

Pros: great place to learning, lots of big project, fast growing company, best place to work according to
many surveys
I enjoyed working here. Excellent workplace with high intellect managers around, High pressure makes
you learn new things in 1/4 the time you learn with any comparable carrier. Airtel Employees are highly
regarded in Indian telecom industry. If an Airtel employee jumps to another competitor its sure he is going
on double the perks.

It was nice experience working with Airtel. I had a very good experience and have learnt a lot. Office was
my first house &my house was an only just an option to rest. I use spend my whole day in
office from morning 7am to 10 pm. I use to enjoy my work and use to get happy or satisfied when the
complaint which I have received was resolved in the given TAT. That's it for now have much to

A very busy and a fun workplace.

I worked in the Marketing and Sales division as a Marketing Intern. My main responsibility was to conduct
extensive retailer and customer behavior interviews to find out the reason behind observed customer
churn.
I learned a lot about:
1. Making an effective questionnaire and conducting productive interviews
2. Gathering and analyzing information to produce useful recommendations to senior executives
3. Presentation and persuasive skills to convince upper management to accept and execute my
recommendations less
