and Goals

Goals/ Objectives

This Marketing plan aims to increase the sales of STI


Fairview within a year or two by assessing the problems in
services and facilities that may require improvements or
renovations.

The pricing, promotion, and production should also be


studied thoroughly for the betterment of the College.

Enhancing and maintaining the skills of the staffs and


workers.

Achieve and maintain financial stability and to strengthen


environmental health and safety programs on the campus.

Learning academic goals that establish a student who are


studying towards comprehensive learning standards.

Aims to take learning to greater heights by being efficient


facilitator of innovation and in producing world class
professionals in terms of discipline and excellence.

Create a structure, sequence and plan for learning goals


for a specific instructional period.

Identify and deliver to target schools, recruitment


events, engagement in curriculum and staff
development, and partnership activities, across the
primary, secondary students.
Articulate and manage the STI brand, key messages
and visual identity, setting standards, and supporting
with guidelines and services, to ensure they are
delivered consistently across all media, to all
markets and audiences.
Engage in sustained and comprehensive
relationship campaigns with student applicants,
partner institutions and educational agents, to
convert applicants into registered students.
Strengthen our relationship and engagement with
our alumni, to build their support as informed
advocates and ambassadors for the college.

Product Positioning
STI Fairview Faculty Members are distinguished professionals in the fields of
Information Technology, Engineering, Education, Business Management and
Healthcare.
The best teachers not only encourage students but challenge them to reach their
potential; infusing the love of learning and desire to better themselves through relevant
and global standard education. These are kinds of teachers, instructors and professor
that form STI pool of faculty members. After all, the best teachers not only teaches, but
inspires.
STI Faculty members have the latest teaching methods, instructional technologies, and
current issues/trends in their respective fields.

- Mentoring/Coaching Programs
- Faculty Trainings, Conferences, Seminars and Workshops related to the faculty
members discipline, teaching methods and strategies.
Every classroom has a projector and air-conditioning.
STI Fairview Building-A have Elevator w/ emergency telephone if some accident
happen.

- Computers Labs with Air-conditioning
- Libraries with computer internet and air-conditioning
- Kitchen with utensils

Customer Satisfaction

STI College got customers satisfaction because of their


facilities, updated technologies being used in every room of
the college building, quality of education being given by the
professors, perfect accommodation of their HR department
to the students who inquires and studied on their school.
School performance is also one of the factors satisfied their
customer, and of course the safety and security given by the
STI Fairview management.

Preferred brand

STI College Fairview used Toshiba for their monitors,


Acer for their projectors and LG for air conditioning of the
whole building.
