Dear Sir,

As per your directions I have finalized the following list of code of conduct that should be followed by every staff
member of our company.
List of rules / instructions to be followed by staff while working in office :
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------1. The staff member should use his / her cellphone only for emergency calls. Frequent use of cellphone is prohibited.
2. Every month only sundays and govt holidays are considered as holidays. And only one sick / medical leave is
allowed per month. Apart from this, if any staff member wants leave then he / she should apply for leave to the CEO
of the company, Sri Varadha Ramesh, by requesting through email or call. The additional leave would be granted on
the condition that the staff member should compensate for that leave on the next coming sunday.
3. The staff member should not use gmail or facebook during office hours for any personal usage. If at all they need it
then they should get the permission of the IT head of the company, Mr. Murthy. Failing to abide by this rule /
instruction will be considered as an offence and break of office rules.
4. The staff member should not use youtube or any other website for watching videos or news etc. Doing so will
consumes more data of the allotted quota by company's Internet Service Provider, Airtel and leads to slow browsing
experiences.

requirement is there then the staff member should get permission from either company CEO or IT head.
5. The staff member should not involve himself / herself in any act that might spoil the office environment and reduce
either his / her performance or others or may degrade other staff members.
6. The staff member should not discuss the company confidential matters like plan of action, application ( both
backend and frontend ) and also about data with any third person outside the company.
If any data leakage is found done by any staff member then he / she will be held responsible for all legal issues
arising in future by such act.
7. The staff member should maintain the discipline in the office and should try to execute his / her duty perfectly and
give expected results.
8. The staff member should send his / her daily work status report for both sessions of the day on time as per the
previous directions and the company will send notifications / instructions regarding requirements that might arise in
future.
