Not entirely clear on how to judge compliance as there are both Probabalistic and Deterministic type criteria to be
satisfied. However for the Probabalistic Method--the max intermediate heel angle is 15 degs and the final angle
7degs. For the Deterministic type calculation, the "survival index" Si, must be not less that 0.9 for all three loading
conditions.
