Pollution harms humans in many ways. Sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides are produced by factories and car engines and can contaminate the air we breathe. Water pollution from factories, wastewater, and pesticides threatens our access to clean water. What's more, bacteria spread through contact with surfaces in public places like buses and trains. To protect ourselves, we must examine our water sources, push for punishment of polluters, and practice good hygiene like frequent hand washing. While complete prevention of pollution's harms is impossible, small actions like choosing green transportation and avoiding heavily polluted workplaces can meaningfully reduce health risks.

There are so many things associated with pollution that can harms us and We often don't know anything about them, despite they affect us so often. Exhausts from every car and factory, pollution in the water and such ordinary thing like bacteries that we encounter in the cities. Sulfur dioxide is being produced by many factories. Nitrogen oxides are being produced by engines. So we can see that harmful substances are being produced by places or cars that are an active part of our world. Sollution are to drive by hybrid cars or propel them by the water which would be the best sollution. Water is widely available and if it will not be contaminated it would be completely health for us. But the technique even in our century is not so sophisticated so I think we will wait for that moment a little or we will not wait that moment at all. Without water we can't live. We are created nearly from 70 % of water and if we are not drink the water we can just die. But the irony of situation is that we can die also by drinking the water. The water nowadays is being systematically polluted by factories, discharge of wastewater and pesticides. So what we can do to survive? We should examine water we have in our taps and pipes to avoid bacteries. Every factory, businessman and farmer should be severyly punished by pollution of the water and they should be infrormed what are the effects of pollution in the water. That kind of pollution is being met by us every day of our life and the worst thing is that we can't eliminate that pollution completely. In the buses, trams and trains. On the streets, in the schools, offices, shops and our homes. Bacteries are everywhere but they have various degree of harmfullness. One can cause diseases, one can only make us fell sick and also there are bacteries which are needed by our organism and which are helpful. But to avoid harmful bacteries we should clean our hands often. Especially before eating and when we back home after being out in the city. We should not also touch too many things made from iron or plastic that we encounter in the city. Beacuse on every single pipe or hurdle in the city or the bus there are so many bacteries that we can not count them all. We can also pay by the credit cards in order to avoid contact with paper money but it can be annoying sometimes beacuse shops can often accept only paper money. We can do many thing to prevent the harmful effects of pollution but we also should deal with the fact we can not prevent all the effects beacuse otherwise we could not live normally nowadays. But we can remember about for example cleaning hands and having a shower. We can also buy economic and environment friendly cars and we can avoid to work in factories where is large pollution. These things can really save our life in particular situations but certainly they can prevent many of diseases
