Time Technoplast Ltd. is a technology-driven group with core competencies in polymer processing and a leader in Industrial Packaging.
Headquartered in Mumbai, with 22 production facilities at 6 strategic locations, the company offers customers value for money products. The
groups business interests include Industrial Packaging, Premium Garden Furniture, Automotive Components, Lifestyle Matting,
Healthcare Products and Infrastructure Products. The company, in its expansion plan, has added a product: PVC Pre-fabricated Shelters.
TTLs Infrastructure Division has a Prefab manufacturing facility, and has the capacity to undertake any project from concept building to
commissioning without any hassles.

Infrastructure
Time Technoplast Ltd.s state-of-the-art factory at Silvassa has sophisticated machines with the latest technology and is backed by highly
qualified professionals, which enables it to compete with the competitors and keep updated with the latest techniques available
in the Industry.

Material
The Prefab components are fabricated at the factory for easy assembling at the site. The structure is fabricated by using concrete filled
sandwich type panels for wall and PPGI / GI / Plastic corrugated roof, trusses, purlins and columns made of suitable M.S. rolled/hollow steel
sections. The customers have the option of either PCC, PVC on wooden flooring.

Quality and Testing facilities

The Prefab Shelters are made with high-quality assurance systems and pass through rigorous tests at various stages, such as shock
resistance, ball impact, flatten test, edge loading, screw holding, etc.

Tongue And Groove System

Our PVC Wall Panels are fitted in each other with unique
Tongue & Groove technique. The standard size of the
Panel is 1mtr x 0.3mtr. This technique is leak-proof and
air-tight, which gives excellent bonding and strength to the
wall made from our Panels.

Factory-Made Doors And Frames

Factory-made PVC doors and frames are manufactured by TTL.
These are reinforced with excellent polymeric reinforcement and
can be used for homes, hospitals, offices etc. for all internal
applications.
Available Sizes: 6.3 x 2.3, 6.3 x 2.6, 6.9 x 2.6.
PVC Openable Window: Manufactured at the plant, these windows
are elegant and affordable in cost as compared to traditional ones.
The standard size of our window is 4 x 3.

Partition Walls
Partition Wall Panels are filled with PUF and cement. They are sturdy, strong and durable. Hence, they can be used in the construction of
Partition Wall for interiors of offices, homes and showrooms. They can also be used in factories.
The customer can have a choice of coloured panels or different printing on panels. Customized panels are also offered, using various colours
and designs.
Size available: 1mtr x 0.3mtr, 1.5mtr x 0.3mtr.

False Ceilings

Ceiling panels are available in a thickness of 7mm

and lengths upto 3 metres. They can be printed in
different colour shades as per the customers
requirement. No joints are required as they are
continuous and can be filled with tongue and
groove arrangements. They are light in weight
and can be transported easily. They can also
replace conventional ceiling patterns due to zeromaintenance and quick installation.
