E-recruitment is the process of personnel recruitment using electronic resources, in particular the
internet. Companies and recruitment agents have moved much of their recruitment process
online so as to improve the speed by which candidates can be matched with live vacancies.
People are a companys most important assets. They can make or break the fortunes of a
business. In todays highly competitive business environment placing the right people in the right
position is very critical for the success of any organization.
The e-recruitment decision is of prime importance as it is the vehicle for obtaining the best
possible person-to-job fit that will contribute significantly towards the companys effectiveness.
It is also becoming increasingly important, as the company evolves and changes, that new

Smart Placement Solutions has been started at 1st October, 2007 by three partners, so it was a
partnership firm, In their time of partnership they had started their placement firm in insurance
sector only, AS one of the partner Miss Dipali Vyas is having a vast experience to work in
insurance sectors, so after getting job experience this three partners has started their own
recruitment firm.

Problem Statement
The main problem is to know that is there any dissatisfaction between clients and services of
smart placement solutions and how smart placement solutions can overcome this
dissatisfaction if any exist between services of smart placement solutions and clients
exceptions.
