led to an internal redesign of software suite, thereby, instituting new
methodologies. New processes enabled development teams to accelerate rebuild
efforts and hence a more aggressive launch date saving the company $10-$20
million, per month, in lost revenue over a six month period. Successful beta
launch moved Kronos’ product suite from the standard client-server arena to the
age of web-client interfacing and interactive agents.

CMGI’s PMO; leading a process re-engineering effort, which led to upgrades and
process re-design for core co-location and server infrastructure. Contributed
