TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1) Special transport charges will be SR. 2000 for 4 seated cars.
2) Rs. 17,000/- will be charged for the infant (less than 2 years).
3) Rs. 20,000/- will be charged (without bed) for the Child (less than 12 years)
4) We strongly recommend allowing 15 to 20 days minimum for visa approval.
5) Passenger must return on dates specified in package voucher.
6) While all our effort will be made to meet passenger requirements, sometimes an
Alternate hotel or type of rooms may have to be re-adjusted and re-settled.
7) A cancellation charges of Rs. 16,000/- per passenger is applicable for all MOFA Approved cases.

Important Note:
Illegally Over-Staying or purchasing this package for other intentions (Like work in Saudi Arabia,
over-staying for any reason without informing the handling agent, unethical conduct) is strictly
prohibited according to Saudi law which can cause in serious trouble for the violator's family.
Therefore, passenger must provide full permanent residential address and the name &
numbers/addresses of the known family member and full assurance from them to travel only
for the religious purpose and return home on the given specified time. The company will not be
responsible for any action against the over-stayed hiding passenger and his/her family.

Documents Requirement:
1) Machine readable original passport valid for at least 8 months.
2) Original C.N.I.C
3) 4 photographs, size 4X 6 cm with white background & without borders.
4) Medical Vaccination card for meningitis for all & polio, for less than 18 years only.
5) F-R-C & Affidavit for ladies whose relationship with male Mehram cannot be
Established through passport name.
