THE ROAD TO A HEALTHY BODY AND MIND.


Everyone needs food to survive. This is because food can give energy to enable a person
to do their daily activities properly. Even so, food can also be detrimental to one's health if the
food regulations are not followed. Accordingly, the best thing is to eat a balanced diet. Everyone
encouraged to adopt a balanced diet as found in the food pyramid by the Ministry of Health.
Balanced diet means foods that contain the nutrients required by the body. Proteins, vitamins,
carbohydrates, salt and so on are available in the food needed by the body to allow the body
systems functioning properly and able to fight off disease.
In addition, the intake of foods containing fats, oils and sugar should be reduced. Such
food intake allows the body an excessive cholesterol. As a result, a person susceptible to chronic
diseases, especially heart disease, high blood pressure, obesity and others. Consuming foods that
contain excess sugar also causes a person suffers from diabetes.
People are also recommended to take a lot of food consisting of fruits and vegetables.
Form the staple food grains, such as rice, wheat, maize encouraged to eat with more. In addition,
the meal should be followed. Breakfast should be eaten to get energy before someone started
their activities. Needed staple food twice a day, at noon and late afternoon. People also do not
have to get used to taking food before bedtime.
The question of improper nutrition underestimated because food is a major factor
determining the health of a person. Accordingly, the public should not be too followed his desires
in terms of food intake. At the same time consult a nutritionist to be observed. Realize that
prevent a disease than to treat it better.
Sports activities to occupy one's free time in a beneficial way . This is so because usually
sports activities performed during leisure time. Thus, young people who play sports in
particular , do not have free time to hang out here and there. Besides training them appreciate the
time , young people do not have the opportunity to engage in social ills that can darken their
future .
In addition , sport is also physically and mentally healthy person. This is caused during
sports all our organs active . Fat burning will occur causing our bodies produce sweat . Thus, the
problem of excess body fat can be avoided. At the same time , increased heart active and able to
work well to improve blood circulation . Healthy physical and mental health also influence

intellectual mind .
No doubt many sports availed to the public. Accordingly, every citizen should be aware
of this fact and should play sports . Busy with daily activities should not be used as an excuse for
not doing sports activities. Strictly speaking, the involvement of individuals in a variety of sports
activities are very important in this country .
