decided to slash the military budget, emasculate
the CIA, blow up Kosovo on trumped up
false charges of genocide, to burn 90 women
and children ALIVE at WACO for not paying

It is certainly to Gods glory that nothing

happened, but am I supposed to give glory
to the Creator when predicting something

I have been working with a Pentagon
program called FORESIGHT, and information
from myself and other intuitives has placed the
country on alert at least 3 times.

but a nuclear device was intercepted on the east
coast coming down from Canada on July 10th,

exploded by the Navy off the east coast on July

that these are PROSPECTS and that the Bible
Code has OFTEN given multiple dates for the

Human FREE WILL always inuence it. And

So Jesus would have been at least 38 years

Honolulu say they have proof Bush and Kerry

Kristine Harrison, Hawaii-based publishers
of historical databases, traced back the family
histories of the President and the Democratic

President Grover Cleveland was
renominated unanimously by the
Democratic convention in New York. The
Republican convention that was held in
1888 nominated Benjamin Harrison on
the eighth ballot. The election campaign
itself was highly restrained with neither side
actively campaigning as in those days it was
considered undignied. The major issue in the
campaign was tariffs, with Harrison supporting
a strong tariff policy opposing Clevelands
policy of reducing them. The election itself
was close with Cleveland winning the popular
vote, but losing the Electoral College vote to
Harrison. Cleveland lost New Yorks crucial
34 votes with the help of his old adversary the
Tammany Hall machine, who had obviously
stuffed or tampered with the ballot boxes.
A huge scandal ensued that eclipsed the
Florida debacle and Harrison only became
president months after the election when he
struck a deal with the Senate by agreeing to
pull Federal Union Troops out of still occupied
areas of the South 15 years after the end of the
Civil War.
In 2000 the Royal College proclaimed Bush
the victor by a hair because he had A drop
more royal blood than did Gore, as they had
found one more mad duke slobbering away in

In what might be a slim glimmer of hope
for the Democrats, the Royal College has

went to high school in Switzerland. They both
attended Yale and were members of the secret
society Skull and Bones. But there is a stranger
connection.
In the fall of 1980, it was a neck and neck
race for president between Ronald Reagan and

Jimmy Carter. The American hostages in Iran

had been held for over a year. Carter ordered
a daring and spectacular military rescue, but

dangers of Mt. Rainier posed for us living in
the area and the approximate date we should
be concerned. I would like to learn more.
I have lived on Orting, Washington Valley
all my life and Im over 60. We are very much
aware that the mountain could wake up from
the current slumber and be a real problem.
During my tenure as Mayor of this community
(1990 to 2001), we quietly set up a Lahar Siren
Warning system and an evacuation plan.

It was not taken seriously during my term.

However, much has been written lately about
Mt. Rainier and other communities along with
the county and the state have taken notice.
They have since come on board and have
worked with our community with our plan of
adding more signs and sirens. We are currently
working on a program called BRIDGE FOR
KIDS which is designed to help evacuate
school children across the Carbon River to
higher ground if the need should arise while
they are in school. You can see now why Id like
to know more about this mountain and Im
hoping your will respond.

dangerous natural disasters waiting to happen
in the continental US. The Four Horseman of

the American Apocalypse are the Yellowstone

caldera, the New Madrid fault, the San Andreas
and Mt. Rainer. The weak side of Rainer faces
Seattle, and there is so much construction right
up on and around the mountain, that even
with adequate warning it would still kill 25,000
people, as even the escape routes are built right
down the paths where the lava would ow.
Mt. Rainier, Mt. Baker and Mt. Adams
are all connected by the same volcanic ume.
They are also connected, although somewhat
indirectly, to Yellowstone. It forms a huge
Y shape across the western US with
Yellowstone at the northeast upper arm,
Mt. Rainier at the northwest arm and
Southern California at the bottom. This
is why current activity at the caldera is
so alarming.
The Native Americans have a
prophecy that When little sister speaks,
big brother will soon answer. Little sister
was Mt. Saint Helens in May of 1980
(one of Edgar Cayces successful long
range predictions) and Big Brother is
Rainer. The concern here is how Soon
is soon. Twenty-ve years is nothing in
terms of geologic time. What I have seen
is activation of the entire area, which is
now happening, with rst an eruption
of Mt. Baker before Mt. Rainer.
In visits to Rainer I have had the
vision of a huge, snow cloaked Indian
sitting cross-legged, half asleep but
starting to awaken. I saw discomfort in his
legs deep underground, which he began
to move and readjust. I also managed to
successfully predict the exact timing of a
few deep quakes beneath the mountain.
But only a few weeks in advance. My long
range predictions about Rainier have been
off the mark. So again WHEN is really the
question.

Aha drive-bye sniping. Thank you for
your comments and valued criticism.
The E-Newsletter version was sent out
well before the fact, AND I spoke of the July
4th events as a prospect on the radio and in
previous newsletters and lectures. The very
nature of the printing and mailing process
causes delays, and when they are backed up at
the printing house there is nothing I can do.
Hence, the E-Newsletter which people get the
moment I nish it. Yes the newsletter was late,
as I was debating to put the prediction in, as, at
the time, dire events were STILL IN PLAY!
AGAIN, I was racked by What should I
Do? which I tried to state VERY CLEARLY in
the article. There was enough going down on
ALL LEVELS to warrant a warning, and when
I published the Bible Code by Mr. Noah, I did
so under the advisory that I felt that it was too
soon and premature, but that a WARNING had
to be given. Better safe than sorry. In fact I was
taken to task by a Jewish scholar who told me
very stridently that we had gotten the YEAR
wrong, and that the HEBREW year given in
the Code was in fact 2005 AD, NOT 2004. In
fact the Bible Code has given numerous years
for events, like the nuke attack on Jerusalem as
being in either 1996 or 2006.
In fact I will give details, when I am allowed,
of a nuclear device intercepted on its way to
Wash. DC on July 10, which was detonated by
the NAVY in the ocean on July 15 (you may
look up the seismic records to conrm this!)
Also, my predictions about oil from
FEBRUARY ON have continued to be that it
would reach record highs this summer (in fact I
STATED $44. per barrel on Coast To Coast last
February very clearly, which is exactly where
it is RIGHT NOW) and that the Saudis would
open the oodgates BEFORE THE ELECTION
to bring the price down, which WILL HAPPEN.

Fantastic questions. There are a couple of
reasons that I can only theorize about. Those in
power are just not like you or I. When you have
a BILLION dollars there are only so many men
or women you can sleep with, so many meals
you can eat, so many houses, cars, etc. you can
buy. All they see is power. They join clubs and
form secret societies and attended schools with
other people with billions and all incestuously
marry among themselves. With them it all
becomes a game of MORE power simply for

HIGHS for OIL this summer (its at $44.36 on
its way to just under $50) and then a big drop
before the election when the Saudis will open
the oil oodgates to off set the goings on in Iraq

There will still be a rally before the election,
late September through October based on
that...AND it will be tempered by some serious
terrorist threats.
The WORST thing that could happen to the
markets is the strong, though I believe articial,

some stability is restored (for better or worse),
I think THAT is when we will see the nal Bull
run up to the fall of 2005.
Traditionally Democrats winning the
presidency have tanked the markets, however,
after the initial shock of uncertainly subsides,
Wall St. prefers DIVIDED government, like in
the 90s with the Dems holding the presidency
and the Republicans holding the Congress,
which means nothing gets done. Like the old
saying goes, When Congress is in session NO
ONE is safe!

Just a note
1.) Introduction I am one of your DAN
subscribers and I currently work for a design
build company in the Denver area. About a
year ago I was managing a Church project
located in Highlands Ranch, HR is located
south of Denver, and as part of our companys
project management process, we are required
to take a number of site photos to document
the construction progress.
I noticed that at one particular location,
on the site, the camera picked up site orbs of
light quite similar to those you address in your
DAN Vol, IX, Issue 99. I encountered these orbs
only at this one area of the site. There were no
known electrical disturbance or equipment in
this particular area nor was the ambient light
any different from that at other site locations.
What is interesting about these orbs is that
something or a shape of something is clearly
located inside each of them. If you wish, I will
forward the photo le of this phenomenon
to you. Please let me know if you would be
interested.
2.) I encountered a new website yesterday
it is www.truinsight.com. The site is very
interesting in that it discusses the DESTROYER,
which is supposedly approaching the southern

Yellowstone. I was there last fall and had the
opportunity to talk to some geologists involved
with the problem. It seems that through satellite
photos and eld trips theyve tracked the last
5 eruptions of Yellowstone. The N.American
plate is moving northwest and all 5 are visible.
When it blows it punches a large hole in the
N.A. plate, which takes alot of pressure.
However, the NA plate is gradually slowing
down. The distance between 5 and 4 is great,
between 3 and 4 is less, between 2 and3 less
than between 1 and 2, which is very short. The
distance 1 and now is less than the diameter
of the magma chamber as the volcano is not
fully covered. the northwest corner is still open
causing a vent, like a pressure release valve.

The Euphrates was the northern boundry

Philistines, every living thing was put to the

There is a new CODE WORD in the press
for those of the Jewish religion, who hold dual

The US occupation of Iraq, thus, gives way to
a widespread Greater War in the Mid-East in
the name of paving the way for peace in the
Middle East. Ultimately, peace breaks out with
the left over Arabs and trade blossoms, with
Israel occupying almost all the Middle east
and its tourists spending millions in Baghdad,
Damascus, Tehran and Beirut. But before this
happens, millions of Arabs have faced death,
destruction and extermination -- a fate
worse than the Jews faced at the hands of

Lets hand our Palestinian problem over to

ambitions recently by suggesting the restoration of the Hashemites in Iraq.

We now have 10 out of 12 battle groups out at
sea (seems most of them are far from the U.S.).
Each group has about 10 ships with a total of
about 20,000 sailors in each group. He also
told me that the entire British Navy is out to

2004 Democratic President and VicePresident Candidates Astro Analysis

Its ofcial! The National Democratic Party
Convention held in Boston, Massachusetts
during the week of July 26, 2004 now have
their presidential and vice-presidential
candidates, John Forbes Kerry and John
Edwards, respectively. Both men are U.S.
Senators.
In my Predictions 2004 article
published in the 2004 May and June
Delphi Associates Newsletters, I predicted
that a Democratic Dark horse would
win the 2004 Presidential Election. At
the time I wrote the article, November
2003, John Dean was the popular
choice, and although Kerry was the
Democratic Partys preferred candidate,
he placed poorly in the voter polls, and
his campaign initially oundered. He
made some changes in his campaign
staff, his strategy, and speaking style, and
picked up momentum in time to win the
majority of the rst sets of primaries and
caucuses in 2004 and therefore earned the
label, Comeback Kerry. I consider that a
Dark horse candidate.
As of this writing, I am aware that
many of my contemporaries strongly
disagree with my prediction that a
Democrat will win the 2004 Presidential
Election. Many of them have asked me to
review my ndings. I respect their views,
and I am always open to the possibilities
of manifesting changes. Since this is to
be a three-part article, I will make my
nal judgment after the 2004 Republican
National Convention.
In January 2000, I predicted that
George W. Bush would win the 2000
Presidential Election. In that article, I also
analyzed the natal horoscopes of both
Al Gore and George W. Bush in order to
educate the public as to the personality of
each individual. Due to the considerable
inuence and important role the current
vice-president, Dick Cheney, has had during
President Bushs time in the White House,
I have decided to write a three-part article
informing you of the personalities of the

ts to Manifest ing Q uickly

So here we are at the end of two spectacular
issues of the Delphi Associates Newsletters
that focus on the future and what may come
to pass. Once again it is my honor to write
these articles for you. I am pleased that I can
contribute my thoughts and perceptions to
these newsletters. Much thanks to Sean for
granting me the space to write and much
thanks to you for reading what I have written.
I sincerely appreciate it.
With all that you have read and all that
must be going on in your head right now
about all of the possible scenarios that
may come to pass for you, it must be a
bit confusing. I suppose the real question
would be is this: If all this stuff is going
to happen, or might happen, how can I get
through it and come out the other side of
it smelling like a rose?
The easiest answer would be to get a
bunch of rose water and splash yourself
down a few times a day - then youll always
come out smelling like a rose (insert laugh
track here.) Okay, okay. Thats the funny
answer. Now for the real answer. (Lets not
get into the what is real? Matrix discussion
here. Maybe later. For now, lets assume real
is the stuff you deal with day to day.)
The real answer is for you to manifest
whatever you wish to experience in your
life into your life right now. If you want to
experience love, you can have that. If you
want to experience pain, you can have that.
If you want to experience fear, you can have
that. And if you want to experience joy, you
can have that too. Its really up to you. Its
your choice.
Recently, Ive really realized this and I
want to now share with you, as I see it, the
five secrets to manifesting whatever you wish
to experience in your life right now. Do you
want to know what they are? Do you want me
to tell you? Are you excited? Then maybe you
should manifest me writing the worlds to tell
you what they are.

POOF !

You did it. You manifested these words

right now for you to read. Oh that may
seem a bit out there, a bit to hocus pocus or
metaphysical mumbo jumbo AND its true.
When you really get that, then youll be there.
Until then, and on the way to then, heres the
five secrets for you.

1. Be AWARE of it!
In order to manifest an experience into
your life, you must be aware of what it is you

wish to manifest. Your awareness of what you

wish to manifest is the first and most critical
aspect to manifesting an experience. So in
order to be aware, write it down on paper
with a pencil what it is exactly you wish
to manifest into your experience. Write as
many details as you would like. One hundred
and fifty should do. Seriously. Write one
hundred and fifty details of what you wish to
experience in you life. Heres the thing: if you

cant commit to writing one hundred and

fifty details about what you want to manifest
in your life, are you really committed to have
it as an experience? Okay now your aware of
what you want, Now...

2. Feel it
Pretend that you can feel exactly what is
it that you want to manifest into your life.
Feel it with all of your senses. How does it
feel to touch? How does it smell? How does
it taste? Feel with every sense you can. What
does it sound like? Do ten minutes feeling it
minimum. Now...

3. Experience it
Whatever it is, Experience it as you would
like to experience it. Incorporate all of your
body and imagination. What can you do
with what you have manifested and how
does that feel? Put yourself in all sorts of
situations where you would use what you
have manifested and experience all of them.
Pretend. Play. Explore. What will it be like to
have the experience? Now...

4. Be thankful for it
Be thankful for the experience and all that
it allows you to experience. Be thankful for it
being in your life and all of the emotions that
it allows you to experience and express. Be
thankful for all of the unseen helpers, angels
and beings who have given their energy to
help you have the experience that you have
whit what you have manifested. Thank them
all and thank everything. Now...

5. Be aware of it
And it all comes full circle as now you are
aware of the experience that you want to
manifest in your life as now being in your
life. All of the emotions and all of the feelings
and all of the adventures you will have with
the manifestation are with you right now.
Be aware of them. Thank them. Enjoy them.
BE aware that it is now and you have it now
and it is here now. Yes even if your mind says
something else, you now know with all
of your senses and internal visions and
internal playtime with your manifestation
that the experience that you want in your
life is right now.
Thats it. The five secrets to fast
manifestation. Pretty simple hun? Well
thats the way its supposed to be here on
this lovely planet Earth in this amazing
physical reality. Yes it can be easy and yes
we can manifest whatever we would like
for ourselves. And if your have a bit of
trouble doing it, just pretend that you can
do it and see what happens. Its a really
fun thing to do.
