International Airport (SLC). Transportation from Salt Lake International
Airport (SLC) can be arranged by contacting Park City Transportation at
(435) 214-5990. Taxis are also available at Salt Lake City International
Airport (SLC). A taxi ride to Park City is estimated at $75.00.

Cocktails will take place around the Raclette starting at 6:30 PM. Dinner
stations will be set up around the room opening at 7:15 PM. There will be
assigned seating for governors and certain members; open seating for
everyone else. Tables will be rounds of 8 with food stations around the
room. Sleigh rides will be available throughout the cocktail hour and then
before and after the speaking presentation. There will be a podium for
Governor McDonnell to speak from.

Bios:
Derek Miller Chief of Staff to Governor Gary R. Herbert
Derek Miller has served as Governor Gary R. Herbert's Chief of
Staff since December 2010. Prior to joining Governor Herbert's
staff, Mr. Miller served as Deputy Director of the Governor's Office
of Economic Development (GOED) where he was responsible for
recruiting new businesses to locate in the state, as well as helping
existing Utah businesses to expand. Mr. Miller also supervised the
International Trade and Diplomacy Office and the Rural
Development Office. Prior to joining GOED, Mr. Miller was
Director of the Utah Division of Real Estate. Before moving back
to his home state of Utah, Mr. Miller worked in Washington D.C.
for the U.S. House of Representatives and for the D.C. office of
Arthur Andersen. He earned a joint law degree and Master of Public
Administration from Brigham Young University.
Keith Gardner Chief of Staff to Governor Susana Martinez
Keith Gardner was appointed to serve as Governor Susana Martinezs chief of staff after serving
in the New Mexico state House for six years representing District 66 and the people of Chaves,
Eddy, Lea and Roosevelt Counties.
In this capacity he served as the bodys minority whip, advocating on behalf of pro-business
initiatives, government efficiency, transparency, and ethics reform.
Gardner lived in Roswell for seventeen years prior to teaming up with Martinez. He was also a
small business owner and managing partner of Sprint Sports Rehabilitation Clinica practice he
built after earning a degree from New Mexico State University in athletic training education.
Gardner hails from Reserve, a small, western town in New Mexico. He spent two years serving
as a missionary for the Church of the Latter Day Saints in Spain and is happily married to his
wife, Stephanie. The couple has four children and a dog named Sweetie. \
Jonathan Hurst Director of Budget, Planning, and Policy for Governor Rick Perry
Jonathan Hurst is the Director of Budget, Planning, and Policy in the Office
of Texas Governor Rick Perry. Jonathan grew up in Houston and graduated
from Texas A&M University. Upon graduation, Jonathan was an equity
trader with a proprietary trading firm in Austin, developing and executing
trading strategies primarily with equities and options. Afterwards, Jonathan
entered the public policy arena as an analyst for the Texas Senate Finance
Committee, specializing in criminal justice, public safety, border security,
transportation, economic development, and regulatory issues. Jonathan then returned to the
private sector as an analyst with First Southwest Company, an investment bank specializing in
public finance, where he was involved in a wide array of financing initiatives including
transportation, transit, utilities, airports, and other public infrastructure projects. In 2008,
Jonathan joined Governor Perrys staff as an advisor on state budget and fiscal policy issues, and
was named Director of the Governors Budget, Planning and Policy division in 2011.
Jonathan is also a military veteran.
He served as an enlisted Marine in the United States Marine Corp, completing one tour in Iraq.
