About Us

Architect with 13 years of work experience, in the corporate environment. Anogh has
executed projects for clients who are the pioneers of the Global IT Industry.
As a Project Leader at Edifice Architects Pvt. Ltd., one of the leading Architectural Firm
in India, he has designed architectural & interior projects totaling more than 100,000
Sft. Some of the prominent clientele includes, Capgemini Consulting India Pvt. Ltd.
(35000 Sft.); Vishnu Webtech (48000 Sft.); Town Hall Building, Lake City (55000 Sft.), 10
Nos.branches of Metlife India Insurance Pvt. Ltd. (10,000 Sft.); Patni Computer Systems
(7500 sft.); Swiss Re (5000 Sft.).
Before joining StudioBOXX as a partner, he run his own practice as Anogh Kulkarni,
Architect and Interior Designer for three years where he handled a range of projects
with a principal focus on office interiors.
A person of detail, excellent software skill sets include AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, MS
office, for specialized computing and analysis.

Anogh Kulkarni,
Architect, Partner

Architect & Urban Designer with over 13 years of experience as an Architect. Anand has
experience in residential and commercial buildings ranging from small bungalows to
large apartments, hospitals and so on.
As an Interior Designer, he has worked on both commercial & residential projects
including retail, offices and so on. As an Urban Designer, he has worked on several
planning projects including the skywalk at Navi Mumbai, cargo hub at Bhiwandi, a
master-planning project for land parcels along the Mumbai Pune Expressway, Goa
Medical College Redevelopment Project and also the Panaji Municipal Market Project.
City Planning for Karu, Nigeria is also an important project he has handled. He has
specific interest and understanding of urban issues and can use tools like illustrative
sketching, AutoCAD, MS Office, MS project & graphic software like ADOBE PhotoShop,
Corel, & PageMaker to analyze, process & present.
He has been lecturing at design schools in Mumbai, Nashik and Goa.

Architect with more than 14 years experience in Architecture, Commercial and

Residential Interiors. Graduated from College of Architecture, Nashik and has been
practicing in Nashik, Pune and Mumbai. Key Projects include NIT IT Park at Nagpur,
Rajebahaddur Supermarket, Dheeraj Enclave, Andur Rural Science Center and Soham
Teletech Office Premises.He has been working on several large scale residential projects
including one at Pune. Rahul has been lecturing at design schools in Nashik.

several Centres for excellence. Each center is centered around a theme and is conceived

us with an excellent design opportunity which tested our design and innovation quotient.

We have designed several individual bungalows for a range of clients.While addressing the
aspirations of the clients we have been successfull in achieving the functional edge as well
as the architectural statement. We belong to the traditional school of brainstorming on
paper, iterate with physical models and with the help of visualization software. Deliberation
and discussion with the client leads us to the final outcome.

A brownfield project involving an existing industrial building sitting on a plot which had
room for growth and a modified context which demanded office space. The challenge was
to design this complex building with a mixed identity of an industrial building with offices.
The resultant building is a pre-engineered structure which exposes its structure with a
judicious use of glass and brick cladding imparting warmth and ease of use.

Located off the Pune Hyd Highway, 100 km ahead of Sholapur. Two NGOs one active in
rural healthcare and the other in Rural science education hired us to design 2 buildings,
one was a 25 bedded rural hospital while the other was the rural science center. We were
to create an environment conducive to the function and be friendly to the user. We
researched and employed several low cost construction techniques such as RBC vaults,
exposed brick masonry with rat trap bond, brick jali walls and modular window panels.
