All equipment, production & general costs and man hours used to
complete this project will be billed. Payment shall be made 30 days after the
receipt of the invoice. An initial amount should be made for the start of the
project. All late payments are subjected to a 15% charge or maximum
permitted by law. A discount of 10% shall be applied to early payments.
