DESIGN REQUIREMENTS/GUIDANCE
4.1
System Design
4.1.1
System Configuration
a.
Figure 4.1 illustrates a typical PA system with a variety of inputs. Two PA kits may
be operated as one installation by connecting the two amplifiers with a slaving lead
plugged into the auxiliary jack sockets. To give flexibility to the siting of the
equipment, pairs of loudspeakers may be connected in series or parallel. Full
operator instructions, including the master/slave arrangement are provided in the
equipment case.

Cinema Operation
a.
4.1.4
RICE Operation
a.
4.1.5
The equipment may be used with a nominal 0 dBm (0.775 mV) rms signal line.
System Requirements
a.
5.
An output from a cinema projector may be fed to the amplifier with cinema selected
for greater sound output.
