Annexure-I :Features Of Genetic Card:
1. Genetic Card Carries all the Basic Features & Facilities of Up To Selection Course Card like Green Card for PO,
Silver Plus for SSC & Green Plus for PO & SSC combined.
2. Genetic Card is available in 3 types : Genetic Green Card , Genetic Silver Plus Card & Genetic Green Plus

Card.
3. Genetic Card Holder can carry forward his/her Card Facilities to any of his/her Blood Relative
(Brother/Sister/Son/Daughter) or Spouse after the Completion Of his/her Classes or Immediately, In Case
He/She is not able to continue the studies due to any personal reason.
4. Card of Genetic Card Holder is termed as Primary Card and a Card issued against the Primary Card will be
Secondary Card.

*Terms & Conditions for Genetic Card:

1. New Card will be issued to the person entitled by the Genetic Card Holder ,
This will be the Secondary Card issued against the Primary Card.
Now if, Secondary Cardholder finishes his/her preparation and wants to shift the card to
i)Third person or
ii)Primary Card Holder wants to rejoin..
In both of these cases, again a New Card will be issued .
Now Secondary Cardholder is Primary Cardholder and that third person is Secondary Cardholder.

2. As, There is No Limit on the Nos. of Cards issued against One Genetic Card , But Only One Card will be active
at one point of time , Rest of the Card(s) will be blocked and taken back by the Management & cant be used for
any kind of facility.

3. Kindly note that Whenever a Secondary Card is provided , It will be issued against an Active Card at that point of
time irrespective of Primary Card/Parent Card

Active Card may be PRIMARY CARD(s) or SECONDARY CARD(s) at that point of

time..

4. Applicable Fee for Subscribing Secondary Card is Rs 500/- . This Fee is Valid for Financial Year 2014-2015
( till March 2015).
It may be revised for Financial year 2015-2016.

5. As mentioned earlier , Genetic Card Carries all the Basic Features & Facilities of Up To Selection Course Card .
But in case of Secondary Card , few facilities will not get carry forward as such.
The Secondary Cardholder has to pay applicable charges for all/any of these facilities as per the requirement.

6. Card Up gradation Facility is available on all Existing Cards for Up gradation Into Respective Genetic Card
( Genetic Green Card , Genetic Silver Plus Card & Genetic Green Plus Card) at Nominal Charges.

Annexure-II :An Example :

Mr X has purchased the Genetic Green Card , in that casea) He can avail all the Basic Features & Facilities of Green Card .
b) After he finishes his preparation , he wants to entitle his sister Ms. Y for the Banking
Preparation at Mahendras.

Procedure for the Secondary Card :

1. Ms. Y will visit the Base Branch of Mr. X with.
a) Original I Card of Mr. X
b) One Photocopy of Valid Relation Proof with Original for verification by Branch Manager,
i.e. in this case 10th Marksheet Copies of both reflecting the Same Fathers Name.with Originals
c) One written application by Ms. Y that she wants to avail Genetic Card on behalf of Mr. X.
2. Charges Applied to Ms. Y will be Total= 950/- (Compulsory)
Secondary Card Charges : 500 +
Online ST(compulsory)
: 200 +
e-NP(Compulsory)
: 250

( Charges for Practice Set is Optional: Rs 500/- for Banking & Rs 250/- for SSC)

3. Kindly proceed for admission formalities of Ms. Y just like new admission : Duly filled Admission form by Ms. Y with id &
age proof .
Corresponding Payment Entries would be done at MIBS by the Branch (An Option will be available for the same at MIBS
after 10th November 2014 ).
4. Branch will receive the New Card with Name Genetic Card for Ms Y. as the regular I Cards.
Similar Procedure will be applicable for the Third Person, If any wants to join on this Single Card and so
on

Only One Card will be Active out of the All Cards PRIMARY CARD(s) or SECONDARY CARD(s).

Note:
1. In Case ,Mr X wants to rejoin and wants his Genetic Card Back after His Sister finishes her preparation then Simply,
Mr. X will have to apply as Secondary Card Holder as Now , the Primary Card Holder is Ms. Y .
2. No discount of any kind is applicable in case of Genetic Card in any Case.
3. Transfer Facility is applicable on Genetic Card (Primary/Secondary) just like at all other Cards in accordance with the
Latest Transfer Policy.
( Note that :
the Secondary Card will be issued at Base Branch Of Primary Card Only ;
Thus if Ms Y. is to join at some City other than the Branch of His Brother Mr. X ;
Then , Either i) Transfer the Primary Card, first ,to that City ,then apply for Secondary Card there OR
ii) Get the Secondary Card generated at the Base Branch of Mr X then Transfer it to other City accordingly).

4. Only Parent Card Holder is eligible to apply for Caution Money Refund request. This Option will be active & available
in his/her ST Portal Account till date.
5. Parent Card Holder and all subsequent Secondary Card Holder(s) are eligible for the Interview Preparation , Charges
Applied will be same as in case of Genetic Card.( Rs 100/- as per the current Interview Fee Chart).
6. All the Charges & Facilities could be revised every financial year.

Annexure-III :List Of Documents Required In Case Of Secondary Card Holder:

I-Case: If Secondary Card Holder is Spouse:

Photocopy of Any Nationalized Bank Account Passbook having Spouse Name( Joint Account ) or
Any Govt. Document/Bill having Spouse Name mentioned on it (Voter Card, Electricity Bill etc.)
And an Identity Proof of Both Primary & Secondary Card Holders (Compulsory).

II-Case: If Secondary Card Holder is Brother/Sister:

1. 10th Mark sheet Photocopies of both: Primary & Secondary Cardholders showing Same Fathers Name on it.
2. Any Govt. Document/Bill showing the relevant Information.
3. And an Identity Proof of Both Primary & Secondary Card Holders (Compulsory).

III-Case : If Secondary Card Holder is Son/Daughter:

1. 10th Mark sheet Photocopy of Son & Photo-Id Proof of Both /
2. Any Govt. Document/Bill showing the relevant Information.
3. And an Identity Proof of Both Primary & Secondary Card Holders (Compulsory).

IV-Case : If Secondary Card Holder is Father/Mother:

1. 10th Marksheet Photocopy of Son & Photo-Id Proof of Both /
2. Any Govt. Document/Bill showing the relevant Information.
3. And an Identity Proof of Both Primary & Secondary Card Holders (Compulsory).
