There is a contractual obligation in the form of a VPA or so
The customer has standardized on retired Elements/Pro packages and wants to add more seats

Retired Elements/Pro Packages cannot be sold to new name customers

Commission and quota credit will not be granted, if sold

Channel Retired Elements/Pro Packages opportunities from existing

customers should be preapproved by Bob Thibeault. Orders should be
submitted with Bob Thibeaults approval e-mail.
