now a days after few years of investment of time in knowledge , I came to an understanding that
without designing models on any genres , country knowledge is incomplete as models give you direction
and know how as to how to tackle issues pertaining ever growing demands of public in insight
CREATE MODELS AND LEARN THEM HOW TO DESIGN THEM IF YOU WANT TO LIVE IN INDIA WITH
FINANCE
step 1
create an issue which you are comfortable

never spoon-feed to employees on issues pertaining the country

let the employee design it as per his competency

groom up employees holistically on any issue which concerns the company if it is urgent

never groom up models in group thinking but groom up employees individually

when nation is at peril institution must not design social welfare schemes by itself but must let the
employees participate in them through voluntary basis by creating awareness in them by making them
design them by themselves through their interest

companies should be an ever green projects of the institutions .

development of our nation when looked at from newer perspective when it comes to contribution when
nation is at peril

authors coming up every now and then when I visit the internet Indian authors list especially from
within the country is very poor
