ACTIVITIES
Activity 1:
The teacher enters the classroom and then checks the attendance:
The teacher asks the students about the previous homework which is verified and
students correct mistakes if necessary.
Activity 2:
T starts the class by showing the Ss a house
Ss have to name the rooms of a house: bedroom, bathroom, living-room, etc

Activity 3:
Song : The House Song
T divides the class into groups and asks them to listen carefully and then complete
the worksheets with the correct rooms.
Answers: bedroom, bathroom, living-room, dining room, kitchen, kitchen.
T explains Ss that they have to listen 3 times the song and try to complete with the
missing words.
Ss are given a few minutes to solve the exercise and choose a spokesperson to
write their answers on the blackboard.
in the end, T checks Ss answers with the entire class
Activity 4:
The teacher gives the students a paper house and they have to complete with the
words that match best .
BEDROOM- BED; LAMP; WARDROBE.
BATHROOM-BATH; MIRROR; TOILET
LIVING-ROOM- TV; SOFA;ARM CHAIR
KITCHEN- FRIDGE;TABLE;CHAIR.
The team that finishes first wins.
Activity 5:
T asks Ss to write in pairs short sentences like: In the bedroom there is a bed, a
wardrobe and a lamp. All the sentences are written on the whiteboard.
