GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Designed for connection to our Series 4000MP analogue addressable Main Fire Alarm control panel . The Repeater
Receives and Displays the information generated by the Analogue addressable panel . The information displayed
And system controls are in the same format as the Main Control Panel.
The Information is received and transmitted by a 4 core Data RS485 Link . This can be part of a Distributed system
which can also include Sub Panels And Loop Panels . The Repeater is comes fitted with the Plug in RS485/CB
communication board . A Fibre - Optic RS485 Communication Link is also available.
The panel is housed in an attractive metal enclosure with a glazed hinged lockable door . All indications and controls
Together with user instructions are provided on the inner facia . A bezel can be fitted to the back Box to enable the
control panel to be Flush Mounted . Special colours or non standard finishes are available to special order .
The 4000RP can be supplied either with or without an Internal Power supply.
A back-lit 4 x 40 Character LCD display provides Status and programmable location of each event . Zonal Fire RED
LED indications ( available up to 160 Zones as standard ) will be as the Main Control panel .
A Loss of Data link will be indicated as a Communication Fault .
Local programming is achieved by using Main Control panel Infrared controller or via the AT keyboard socket.
