Narrative of Offense Committed
On or about the above stated date and time, the Defendant did

unlawfully possess a drug or device limited to dispensation by prescription, which drug was not lawfully dispensed

I, the undersigned, being duly sworn, state that all facts contained in this Complaint and Affidavit, known by me or told to me by other reliable persons form the basis for my
belief that the defendant committed this crime
State all facts and persons relied upon supporting elements of alleged crime

On March 16, 2015 I (Deputy Meyer) Conducted a traffic stop on N28 south of 255th Street. The driver was identified as Amy Herrig. Herrig was
suspended for non payment of Iowa Fine. I requested to permission to search the vehicle. Herrig advised me i could when doing so i located a pill
bottle containing several unidentified pills. The container the pills were in had the label scratched off. Herrig advised me they were someone else
penicillin that she got for her tooth. Herrig was placed under arrest and placed in the back of my squad car. Herrig then was asked if she had anything
else. Herrig passed and then adivsed no. Deputy Erskine arrived on scene to search Herrig. When doing so she located Several baggies with a white
crystal substance and a pipe, syringes, and a spoon.
