API Advance Passenger Information System

Los vuelos de Aviacin General que parten desde o

se dirigen hacia aeropuertos habilitados como Pasos
Internacionales de la Repblica Argentina deben
gestionar su Control Migratorio a travs del aplicativo
de facilitacin de trmite que se encuentra en la
pgina
web
www.migraciones.gov.ar,
seccin
Aviacin General.

Those General Aviation flights departing from or to

airports enabled as International Gateways in
Repblica Argentina shall manage its Migration
Control through the facilitacin process application
found in the web site www.migraciones.gov.ar,
section General Aviation.

Para tal fin, debern completar la Declaracin Jurada

de pasajeros y tripulacin que cumple con los
requisitos de Informacin Anticipada de Pasajeros
(API) obligatoria a partir del da 25 de marzo de 2015.

A tal fin deber ingresar con el nombre de usuario y

clave de la cuenta de acceso al Casillero Aeronutico
Digital (CAD) del ANAC y cuya tramitacin debe
realizarse con una antelacin no inferior a las 48 hs
para el primer uso.

Concluida la misma, el sistema calcular el monto de

las Tasas correspondientes al servicio de control

Declaracin Jurada.

Las operaciones en modalidad charter cuyos

pasajeros realicen checkin a travs de los sistemas
habilitados a tal fin y que cuenten con Cuenta
Corriente en la DNM mantendrn los sistemas
actuales, en tanto el API se comunicar por el
sistema de reservas.

For Charter operations where passengers check in

through the system enabled for this purpose and hold

Modificacin de Operaciones

Operation Changes

Si habiendo cargado la DDJJ y abonado las tasas

correspondientes, se produjera cualquier modificacin
de la operacin (origen, destino, cantidad o detalle de
pasajeros y/o tripulantes, etc.), deber ingresar
nuevamente al sistema de pago web, solicitar la
anulacin del consumo de la tarjeta de crdito
correspondiente a la operacin que no se concretar;
y proceder a la carga de la nueva DDJJ y su
correspondiente pago.

AIRPORTS EXCEPTIONAL AUTHORIZATIONS

Si Ud. desea arribar o partir a o desde un aeropuerto

que no se encuentre comprendido en el listado
detallado
en
la
Disposicin
DNM
644/2010 modificada por la Disposicin DNM
5088/2014, una vez cursada la solicitud de
autorizacin para operar en el mismo ante la
Autoridad Nacional de la Aviacin Civil ANAC, deber
abonar la tasa establecida para formalizar la
habilitacin de dicho aeropuerto como Paso
Internacional Areo.

If you wish to arrive or depart to or from an airport not

found in the detailed list from the DNM 644/2010
Disposition
modified by the DNM 5088/2014
Disposition, once the request to operate at such
airport is made before the National Aviation Authority
from ANAC, the established fees shall be paid to

Posteriormente deber completar la DDJJ de

Aviacin General correspondiente al vuelo a realizar.

corresponding General Aviation Flight to be operated
