Consultant-Account Manager/B2B Sales

This role involves the identification and building and management of


new accounts for businesses related to the Construction and Mining
industry subscribing them to a national database of information
enabling the user to identify new business opportunities within mining
and construction. In this role I am responsible for management of
accounts for companies such as; Bovis-Lend Lease, Energy Australia,
Baulderstone and Meriton. This job has given me an experience in the
operational day to day requirements of B2B selling, achievement of
targets interaction with multi-national and national construction
companies and the like, interaction and working with executives from
these companies and complete account management and the matrix to
drive theses accounts.

Watermark 2005-2008
Director/Principal

As the founding Director of the Watermark, I was involved in the


strategic planning, location, market and competitive analysis required
for the establishment of this business and further completed the day to
day operations required in the business. Responsibilities and duties
included: Complete franchise structure, strategic analysis and
competitive analysis, franchise disclosure documentation, property
sales and management, client relations, recruitment, retention and
management of staff, budgeting, planning and staff supervision. I was
also involved in the marketing requirements including plans and
budgets, development of operational systems and procedures, key
performance indicators, productivity schedules, profit and loss matrix,
cash flow spreadsheets, accounts management and complete
administrational and management duties.

NSW State Manager, Operations
National Trainer

In this role I was responsible for the initial establishment of the Sydney
office. The responsibilities included the running of a franchise sales
team, franchising operations requirements. I was also responsible for
the preparation of the competitive market analysis, strategic analysis,
demographic research and new market identification. I was also
responsible in the national strategic operations planning and the
National Training of Australian Franchise Operators.
I was an integral part of the National Management Team and
instrumental in the set up of some 42 new businesses franchise
operations. I was also involved in the training of another 38 new
business franchise operators and their teams. I was also responsible for
the implementation of the franchise model and appropriate systems
required for the establishment and growth of the business. The work
also involved Liasion with State Government and regulatory authorities
and legal consultation and the sourcing of professional business
associates and advisors etc.

RE/MAX 1989-2001
Director, Founding Partner

As the founder and owner of RE/MAX United starting in 1989 with 3


staff in total we grew the business to 34 staff with 15 Sales Associates
and 10 consultants(a team of 25 sales people in total)
We also acquired 2 local competition businesses.
The role also involved the recruitment retention and management of
staff and all duties required to run a business operation of the size.
This business operation centered around the listing, sales and
management of property. Our business was be the flagship business
within RE/MAX Australia. The business was recognised with 3
consecutive National Top Office awards, it was also recognized as the
leading operation in the Greater Sydney area of its kind.
