Peoplesoft Projects:

 PS Download Team Member

It is the critical process application and was developed / delivered on war footing basis
before the scheduled time. It was scheduled everyday morning to gather the download
the data for Hong Kong with the Given Criteria. This is used to download the data from
the Peoplesoft environment to the Master Environment which holds the data for all the
applications available in the Benefit Environment.

Responsibility:

Development of the Project, Scheduling, Co-coordinating with the users for the
knowledge Transfer

Environment: Peoplesoft 8.1

 Job Requisition Form Team Member

It is the module added in the Release of HRMS Project for Peoplewise . It replaces the
Manual work of requesting the job by the Managers. It involves the Create as module
which captures the details from the history of the employee and proceeds it with the
newer ones getting recruited. Purely done based on the BRD given by the Business

Responsibility:

Coding, Integration of module with the other modules .Coordinating with the users on the
Knowledge transfer process.

 SQRs for Daily Interface Team Member

The three SQR are developed for the UKIRBMS Daily Interface for the following
Interface for New Joiners
Interface for Change in Member Record
Interface for Leavers

Responsibility:

Interfaces development, scheduling everyday. The Pull option is made available in the
UKIRBMS System.

Environment: Text pad

 COGNOS Report Development Team Member

The HR Project holds the Lump sum record data. Those data are taken as the head
count report of exit format using the Power play Cognos Reporting tool by refreshing
the dump every month starting. It is then sent to the Business Team to verify the data
and the support is given after getting the issue.

 UKIRBMS Product Analyst

The UKIRBMS System is the replacement of Heathpens System administering the UK

Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) pension schemes. Improve the
quality of periodic communication with trustees and all external parties.
Responsibilities:

Base lining of source code and configuration items, to facilitate the product installation
in the locations, mainitaining the configuration, baseline audit , Coordination with the
business and the delivery

Environment : Powerbuilder 6.0, Oracle 9i

 Legacy System Product Analyst Support

ABSPAY System, which is the Payroll System in Legacy System for 10 Countries used
to run the Payroll every month, was given the Production Support. The Seven Benefits
Applications available in the Legacy System which was in Visual FoxPro System was
given the Production Support. The Payroll System for Part-time Employees was given
the Production Support. The Issues in the Global Payroll was handled during the
Production Support.

Upgrade of the ABSPAY System which was in VB3.0 was upgraded to VB6.0 and the
Single Exe Project for Legacy system was done. The VB Foxpro (7 Applications for HK
Benefits) was upgraded to VB6.0 and the moved successfully into the Production.

Responsibilities

Making sure that all the remedy impact tickets are tracked to closure with proper
resumed time. Reduction of All impact and service requests tickets by 20%.
Improvements for the business for example., like automated processing for validations
done manually .
