Terms of Use of the Wiko Mobile Facebook page

Welcome to Wiko Mobile Kenya Facebook page (hereinafter Wiko Mobile


page), which aims to create an active social community centred on latest news
from Wiko brand.
On this dedicated Facebook page, users can read the latest news from Wiko,
share photos and videos, play and win lots of prizes, discuss and give your
opinions, or simply react and comment.
These Terms of Use have been drawn up to inform users of Wiko Mobile
Facebook page about the conditions required for peaceful enjoyment of the page
and to ensure that it remains an amicable, user-friendly forum.
We wish to inform you that only the Wiko Mobile page and its partners are
authorised to respond to after-sales service queries, latest news or any
information communicated, therefore we are not responsible for content
distributed by other unofficial Facebook pages that contain the name Wiko.
All users of the Wiko Mobile page fully and unreservedly accept these Terms of
Use and agree to respect them each time they visit the page.
Comments posted on the wall and discussions on the Wiko Mobile page can be
viewed by everyone. All fans of the page are encouraged to participate, provided

MODERATION RULES

All interaction on the Wiko Mobile page is moderated retrospectively.


By becoming a user of the Wiko Mobile page, you accept that moderators may
check the contributions posted to the page and remove any post at any time as
they see fit. Any comments unrelated to Wiko Mobile topics or any inappropriate
posts that may be construed as off-topic or detrimental or destructive to
individuals will be subject to moderation. Any advertising or promotional
messages posted by users on the page will also be deleted.
As such, the moderators may, at their own discretion, delete any post that does
not comply with these Terms of Use or that they deem to be contrary the spirit of

May infringe the rights of third parties or personal rights, including, but not

Posts that may infringe the image rights or the right to privacy of
individuals;
Posts that undermine the protection of personal data of third parties.

May harm the image or reputation of a brand or a natural or legal person.


Similarly, users must use appropriate language that is clear and
understandable by everyone. We recommend that you avoid using
textspeak or slang. Language that is rude, vulgar, or obscene is strictly
prohibited. Smileys should be used with caution: they must express the
state of mind of the user and should not in any way be used to excuse
insulting or degrading comments by purporting to add humour.
Users may delete their own posts at any time by using the standard Facebook
functionality.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content published by Wiko Mobile, including texts, logos, trademarks, images,
ergonomics, layout, or any other element on this page, is the exclusive property
of the latter and is subject to French and international laws on copyright and
intellectual property.

Users must comply with the intellectual property rights of the authors. In
particular, they must ensure that the contributions posted to Wiko Mobile page by

user wishing to exercise their right to access, modify or delete any data for
legitimate reasons in accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January
1978, should apply directly to Facebook.
