NOTES:
1 Refer the Gate valves tag list as on Pages 5 to 10.
2 Valves shall meet the requirements of specified in Specification Doc. No. 254624-400-SP-INT-004 Rev C
3 Vendor shall refer Piping Specification Index, Doc no.254624-400-SP-PIP-002 Rev C
4 Valve, actuator+integral starter+gear pinion+clutch & handle for manual operation shall be supplied as one assembled unit, completely
furnished and tested. Max.Actuator Torque:125% of valve torque for pressure rating of ANSI 150# & less than valve stem shear torque.
5 All items as indicated shall be provided with a permanently attached stainless steel tag plate.
6 Valve shall be firesafe in accordance with API 607, spec 6FA.
7 Inspection & test shall be performed on all valves as per API 6D/API-598.
8 BTA- Bidder to advise.Bidder to check and confirm the same. Information is mandetory & shall be given along with bid.
9 Abbreviations : MAOP : Maximum Allowable Operating Pressure; FS: Fire Safe; J: Jacketed Body; BTA :Vendor to advise;
TSO: Tight Shut Off; FB: Full bore, TAS - Terminal Automation System, ESDV - Emergency Shutdown System Valve

10 Vendor shall select the seat material as per the maximum temperature of fluid & leakage class specified.
11 Valve shall have anti-blowout stem,anti-static design and suitable for bi-directional use.
12 Limit switch tag numbers will be HZSO & HZSC followed by the valve number. For example for HV-4521, For open position the tag number
will be HZSO-4521 & for close position the tag number will be HZSC-4521.
13 8" and above size valves shall have lifting lugs.
14 Double Compression Glands with shrouds & Plug shall be provided. Cable Gland Adapters as required shall be provided.
15 Make for Electric Actuators-a. Rotork / Rotork, India, b. Limitorque, India, c. Auma, India
16 Vendor to submit the Valve crossectional area for plug opneing nothch, valve CV & pressure drop.
17 Vendor shall submit valve torque for - starting, running, end, stem shear torque, long standing torque & maximum actuator torque.
