HOW TO SERVE IT COLD 2.0 PROJECT

A training course How to serve it cold 2.0 is a continuation of a course run by Dakato
Association in September 2013 within Youth in Action programme, and touches on a related
theme: education of youth workers on intercultural competences and conflict management
in international environment.
You can take a look at last years edition:

The main aim of the training course is to take a look on an issue of intercultural
communication and conflicts and in this context consider which skills and attitudes are
required for an NGO worker.
As an outcome participants during the project will decide on a set of essential attributes
and trainer skills, which will be described in a publication issued at the end of the project.
There will be also a video created to give an overview on the project and to promote
specific methods of non-formal education in the subject. After the training course
participants will be obliged to carry out a mini training course in their home organizations
and later on share feedback with the organizers and trainers (Dakato Association).
The main trainer this year will be again Max Fras
The project dates: 31st May 7th June 2015
The event will be held in Krakow suburbs, therefore the most convenient will be to travel
to Krakow Airport. Before booking your flights please confirm with us
