protagonists house. This will

main characters home and give
them a sense of the location
which the film is set in.

a reasoning for the group of
friends going to visit the

character meeting his friends up

characters making their way

captivate my audience, and
keep them involved with the

audience can clearly see the

eeriness surrounding the church

show the church and

Shot number seven.
This is where the tension will
start to build. The use of a mix
of shots such as point of view ad
over the shoulder shots will in
turn intensify the horror. Shaky
camera effects may also make
my film feel more realistic.

With the horror intensifying, I

shoulder shots to make it feel as
if something is approaching the
group. As my characters flee the
church, it will be clear that
something is not right.

My main character will start
approaching a gravestone. He
finds I suspicious. I will start
with a medium shot and then
change to an over the shoulder
shot. This should give the effect
that someone is following him.

the gravestone. I will use an

Shot number twelve.
This will be shot from the
perspective of my main
character. They will hear a loud
banging which leads to them
fleeing the area. The audience
will not see much as it is filmed
in the dark and in first person.

banging that will cause my

I will cut from my protagonist
leaving the church, to a long
shot of his house. As he enters
the house I will then filming a
tracking shot of him entering.

though some abnormal noises,
as he opens the front door.

I will extend the tracking shot
which will follow him further

intensify the horror.

This will again be shot from the
protagonists point of view. I
will also shoot from over the
main characters shoulder and
from behind, this will make it
seem as if something is
following him. This shot will
follow the main character
upstairs where he will find the
enchanted necklace. This should
further engage the audience,

the horror and intensity of my
short film. Sound effects will
start to intensify from this

Shot number twelve.
This will be the final shot and
the only time in which the
audience gains a glimpse of the
villain. I will use and over the
shoulder shot and a close up In
order to capture the fear on my
main characters face as well as
give my audience a brief insight
into the villain. I intend to leave
my horror film on a cliff hanger.

There will be complete silence
at this point, just the
murmuring of my protagonist as
he picks up the necklace. There
will then be a sharp screech and
a blackout.
