ACTIVITIES, CLUBS, ATHLETICS

Caf Vis part of the Culinary Arts Program at


Valley High School
Lunch will be served from 12:00 p.m. to 12:45
p.m. most Fridays
Currently, there are 13 students enrolled in the
Culinary Arts class and they will perform all
duties related to the operation of the caf
purchasing, cooking, managing, serving and
clean-up
Each student will receive eight college credits
upon completion (DMACC)
The caf can seat 30 to 35 people and meals
will cost $8.00. A typical meal consists of an
appetizer/salad, a main dish and a dessert.
Ice tea, lemonade, water and coffee are the
available beverages. Take-out meals will also
be available.
