Generally, the hard copy of the documents includes only the Quidway S9312 Quick Installation
Guide, Quidway S9306 Installation Quick Installation Guide, and Quidway S9303 Installation
Quick Installation Guide.

The product version is the version of the software of the product to which the document corresponds. You
can view the version number of the product by using the display version command after logging in to the
device.
Before applying for the documentation, you must know its version. Otherwise, the document obtained may
be different from the device that you use.
Product model: indicates the product model corresponding to the document, as shown in
Figure 4-1, the product model is "Quidway S9300" and the product type is "Terabit Routing
Switch."
Product version: indicates the version of the document. If this document applies to several
versions of a product, the version numbers are separated by ampersand (&). As shown in
Figure 4-1, the product version is "V100R002C00".
For details on the product version, see Product Version of the Preface, as shown in Figure
4-2.
Document version: indicates the number of times the document of this version is released.
When the document is released for the first time, the release number is "01". Every time
the version of a product document is upgraded, the release number increases by one. For
example, the document version shown in Figure 4-1 is released for the first time, the release
number changes from "01" to "02" when the document is updated the next time.
Release date: indicates the date when the documents are released in public, as shown in
Figure 4-1, the release date is 2009-08-15.
