A.USER MANUAL
I. User Manual
How to Install Visual Studio 2008

To install visual studio 2008, insert disk into the CD Drive. If Autorun is
enabled the installation process begins automatically. If it is not enabled open
windows explore and explore the contents of the CD and click on setup to
begin the setup. The first step screen is appear in screen, then select install
visual studio 2008.Click on Install visual studio 2008.

The setup proceeds to copy files to a temporary folder and begins the process
of installation.

On completion of above process the Welcome screen is appearing. Click on

Next.

License agreement page will appear on screen; there we have to accept Enter
your name and click continue to proceed with installation.

Options page appear, there we have to specify which components should be

installed. Choose Full to install all the components, change the path of
installation if required and click on the install button.

It takes several minutes to installation progress bar for each component.

On successful completion of installation click on finish to continue.

Installation of Sqlserver2005

To install SQLSERVER 2005, insert disk into the CD Drive. If Autorun is

enabled the installation process begins automatically. If it is not enabled open
windows explore and explore the contents of the CD and click on setup to

begin the setup. The first step screen is appear in screen, then select install
SQLSERVER 2005.click to install.

License agreement page will appear on screen; there we have to accept Enter
your name and click continue to proceed with installation.

The setup proceeds to copy files to a temporary folder and begins the process
of installation.

On completion of above process the Welcome screen is appearing. Click on

Next.

System Configuration is checking by that time to install the product.

Options page appear, there we have to specify which all services should be
installed. Choose Full to install all the services. click on next.

Give the default instance and click next button.

Select the use built in system account and select mixed mode account. Click
next.

Default configuration settings will be installed.

It takes several minutes to installation progress bar for each component.

On successful completion of installation click on finish to continue.

Deployment of the project

Copy the project and paste in to the hard disk in one folder and open the
project and check (web.config) in to the system name, server name, user id and
password then executes the projects.
The major inputs and outputs and major functions of the system are follows

Inputs:

Admin enter his user id and password for login.

User enters his user id and password for login.

User Create new folder for personnel usage.

User can upload the files from the database.

The uploaded file can be clean by using the clean option.

The selected files can be viewed by using the visualize option.

User can visualize the recently visited pages, browsers, hits in a particular ipaddress.

The visualized data can be modify by using web-viz operators.

Outputs:

User can select any device and use that device.
