H&M is a Swedish multinational retail clothing company. H&M stores in all over 500 stores, required a solution
for their store from Sterling SOM/COM. Sterling handles Creation and Movement of Orders (Pick, Delivery and
Parcel) till it is picked up or shipped. Sterling also handles Purchase and Transfer Orders when inventory is
not available in the Store.

Sterling order capture and Order Modification module through COM/SOM Sterling Payment Handling. H&M is
implementing the Sterling product in their day to day business. Sterling Web is one of the channels on which
the Sterling Selling and Fulfillment Suite can be deployed. Sterling Web enables a user to launch and manage
multiple Web storefronts, enable self-service in the context of placing orders, and assist sales and service
representatives with guided selling. Which include product selection, comparison and detail, help customers
and partners to locate and compare products.

Description:
Customer Storefront is an easy way to navigate web (shopping) portal for consumers to buy and order. It
consists of Admin and Users Modules. Through Admin module Manufactures, Categories, Products, product
pricing and Listing, Orders, Tax rates, Discounts can be added. Administrator can customize the Application
configuration to provide rich and dynamic user interface. Through user module, user can send products into
wish list and then shopping cart with/ without login. The extra amount is charged as Tax Rates and Shipping
methods based on State. Discount amount is deducted for special offers like pack product and kit products
using coupons. The customer can pay the money by credit cards and pay pal methods. The user page is full
of cosmetics like Banners, news and polling and with others. Other supported site functionalities are home,
about us, Contact links, site map and us services.
