Plaintiffs, through counsel, hereby move this Court to allow Plaintiffs’ use of PowerPoint
slides as part of their presentation, scheduled to take place on Friday, October 29, 2004 in
opposition to the government’s motion to dismiss Plaintiffs’ amended complaint. Plaintiffs
believe that the use of a small number of PowerPoint slides will assist the Court, and therefore
ask that the Court allow Plaintiffs to bring into the courtroom and to use the computer and
monitor equipment that will allow the Court and the parties to view these slides.
Plaintiffs have filed a proposed order for the Court’s review.
Plaintiffs requested that the government join this motion, but the government refused to
do so.
