Coordinating for ATM down calls received and resolved timely without any escalations.
Management in all aspects of local ATM operations by providing support to assigned branch ATM
personnel.

Performing ATM treasury audits, ATM systems audits and ATM on / off site audits.

systems issues.
Branch personnel with day-to-day support for ATM servicing issues & ATM reconciliation issues.
Directing, investigation and follow up to branches for day to day Preliminary Loss Reports. Utilize
appropriate resources to assist branch in bringing timely resolution to reported losses to ATM
customers.

Supporting, direction, investigation and follow up to branches for ATM claims filed against branches.
Utilize and coordinate appropriate resources to assist in bringing timely resolution to ATM claims.
Proactively participated in local ATM account management.
Providing reconciliation and servicing support for National ATM accounts to Product Line Manager.
