Curriculum Vitae
About Me:

Skills:

Qualifications:

Experience/Achievements:

I was born in Brighton in 1992, and have

lived in the immediate vicinity since,
studying Art and Design. Im a recent
graduate of Middlesex University. There, I
studied Graphic Design. I soon discovered
and indulged in my love for creating books,
and all it encompasses; typography and
formatting type, layout and composition.
By utilising these skills, I developed a
wide range of projects, varied in focus
and subject matter. Many of my projects
sought to preserve the environment in
some way, but I am far from ashamed.
Since departing from university, Ive been
working on several projects. These include
developing fundraising material for an
environmental campaigner to gain first
hand experience in Ghana, and learning to
code websites in HTML5 and smart device
compatibility, among other things.

Im fluent in a broad range of software,

including but not limited to:

Seahaven Academy
GCSEs

Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Indesign
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Dreamweaver
Apple Aperture
QuarkXPress
Fontographer
Fontlab

Brief:
Water Water, Everywhere
RSA Student Design Awards 2014
Title:
One Drop Water Conservation
Overview:
In an effort to help save fresh water
on a national scale I proposed a
service that would help to mitigate
unnecessary water contamination
by providing a new method of waste
disposal to the public. This system
utilises a variety of containers and
includes a new hazard classification
symbol: water pollution.
My first page introduces the idea of a
symbol to help consumers determine
whether a product is potentially
hazardous if it enters the sewers.

Title:
One Drop Water Conservation
Overview:
The second page continues where the
first left off, it depicts several container
types and how they should be used.
It elaborates further on the issue, and
uses a series of icons to explain the
issue in its simplest of terms, and why
the service is necessary.

Title:
One Drop Water Conservation
Overview:
The third page details the user journey
and how people would interact with the
service. It uses familiar systems like
waste disposal trucks and sorting and
recycling facilities. Whilst the brief set
no budget, my intent was to keep the
budget within the realms of possibility.

Title:
One Drop Water Conservation
Overview:
The fourth and final page focuses
entirely on advertising the service.
The posters introduce the new hazard
classification and the matching waste
disposal container. Information leaflets
and booklets were also designed,
as ultimately the problem is entirely
avoidable with the proper knowledge.

The Creative Compendium
Title:
Creative Compendium
Overview:
This was a project intended to help
people overcome creative blocks. The
book contains an A-Z of ideas and
examples to help people reconnect
with their creative side.
Alongside the book I also had the
fantastic opportunity to convert one
of my pages into a silkscreen poster,
which was featured in the exhibition of
the same name - hosted by the graphic
design department of Middlesex.

Solution
Overview:
This is a service I created in the hopes
of persuading more people to take
action regarding global warming.
Solution is a service dedicated
to planting flora as a response to
deforestation and climate change. I
used personal gain as incentive for
supporters, as many fruits can be
grown here in the United Kingdom.

Cat Charity
Title:
Denton Cat Rescue
Overview:
I decided I should get involved with
some charity work and approached
a local organisation that I felt could
do with some help. Whilst theyre still
seeking official charity status, they
are quite well known in my town and
receive regular donations, however my
aim was ultimately to make them more
accessible and recognisable to those
looking to adopt a cat.
I created and host them a website, and
I intend to continually provide them with
what support I can well into the future.

Red Vs. Blue
Overview:
This is the front cover artwork for my
art history module. My love for the rich
history of the Cold War and the Space

The subject matter and themes
expressed within also tie in with my
Final Major Project.

In this poster I juxtaposed our beautiful
planet with our potential doom, an
asteroid. The exhibition aims to shine
light on the known universe, but equally
important is emphasising the need for
further research - our home may very
well depend upon it.
