APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 018-2011


BUDGET RE-ALIGNMENT NO. 010
AUTHORIZING THE RE-ALIGNMENT OF THE AMOUNTS OF
SIX MILLION, TWO HUNDRED SEVEN THOUSAND, FIVE
HUNDRED FIFTY-SEVEN PESOS AND FORTY-FIVE CENTAVOS
(PHP6,207,557.45) AND FORTY-EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS
(PHP48,000.00), UNDER GENERAL FUND AND SPECIAL
ACCOUNT, RESPECTIVELY, OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF
GUINOBATAN FOR CY 2011.
Proponent/Sponsor:
WHEREAS,

Councilor Robert M. Baaga

appropriation from various offices of the LGU need


to be replenished for the same to continue with the functions
vested upon them especially those geared towards the
attainment of a more effective and efficient municipal
government;

WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing premise, be it now:


RESOLVED,

as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Bayan of


Guinobatan, Albay in session assembled, to approve as it hereby
approves the realignment of the hereunder listed appropriation
items to other items existing in the budget of the LGU for CY
2011, to wit:

RESOLVED

FURTHER, that the additional personnel benefit, PEI,


authorized herein by the LGU in pursuance of Budget Circular
No. 2011-4 is relatively of small value and is extended by the
agency as a means of promoting goodwill, contentment and
efficiency of its employees or simply known as de minimis
benefit. This additional benefit, as de minimis, refers, among
others to medical cash allowance to dependents of employees
not exceeding Php750.00 per employee per semester or
Php125.00 per month, rice subsidy of Php1,000.00 or one (1)
sack of 50 kg. rice per month amounting to not more than
Php1,000.00, and yearly medical benefits not exceeding
Php10,000.00 per annum.

RESOLVED FURTHERMORE, that copies of this ordinance be furnished


the Office of the Mayor, the Municipal Treasurer, the Municipal
Budget Officer, the Municipal Accountant, all of Guinobatan,
Albay, for their information and guidance.
APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY on motion of Councilor Robert M. Baaga
and duly seconded by the members present this 15th day of
December, 2011 during their 5th Special Session.
