Integrate and manage two credit union account processing platforms, assess and validate the $100M investment made, and ensure quality delivery of committed engagements. Defined business strategy and directed a $55M revenue stream for two key account processing products for the Canadian / US Credit Unions with robust integration with Online Banking and Mobility products.

Led a team of 550 associates across the US, Canada and two locations in India.

Manage and enhance real-time retail and digital tax analytics for the seasonal business plus optimize the retail and digital tax IT business.

Managed $43M+ annual budget, saved over $7.5M of real-cost savings starting in the first year.

Solutions group generated over $2.5B in tax preparation and electronic filing revenue and support over 100,000 personnel across over 13,000 retail tax offices along with a client base of over 25,000,000.

Managed the ERP teams to bring in to the company all payroll services which involved drafting and implementing new policies, conducting training of field personnel and monitoring overall progress.

Led the team to design and develop the enterprise application integration infrastructure foundation using TIBCO technologies.

Set up and manage the consulting business in the Northeast for a west coast based consulting firm.

Started and operated the Northeast operations with the annual budget of $11M and a team of 75 consultants. The onshore to offshore ratio was 60:40. Generated growth margins of 62%.

Generated 58% of the total annual company revenue and managed engagements within dot com, financial services (insurance, brokerage, etc.) and pharmaceutical clients.

Worked with the team of cross-functional leads to create the 360-degree eRelationship methodology for Nexgenix.

Managed site selection and moved to accommodate the three to five-year growth plan. Supported the sales staff of six to nine. Key contributions were around PNL and critical engagement management.
