Set up and manage the consulting business in the Northeast for a west coast based consulting firm.

Started and operated the Northeast operations with the annual budget of $11M and a team of 75 consultants. The onshore to offshore ratio was 60:40. Generated growth margins of 62%.

Generated 58% of the total annual company revenue and managed engagements within dot com, financial services (insurance, brokerage, etc.) and pharmaceutical clients.

Worked with the team of cross-functional leads to create the 360-degree eRelationship methodology for Nexgenix.
