Important Instructions
1. The examination hall/room shall be opened 30 minutes before the time specified for the commencement of the examination (i.e.
March 29, 2015, "SUNDAY"). Candidates who arrive 20 minutes late will not be admitted to the examination hall.
2. Candidates without an Admit Card will not be allowed to appear in the examination by the Centre Superintendents.
3. A seat marked with a roll number shall be allotted to each candidate. The candidates shall be required to occupy the seats
allotted to them by 9.30 AM.
4. The candidate ought to read instructions carefully imprinted on the backside of OMR Sheet and check that the Test Booklet &
OMR Sheet supplied to him/her is not defective and if so, may secure another copy from the Invigilator in lieu of the first
one.The Test Booklet should be checked with reference to, Question Set, serial number of the questions, code number and the
subject offered by the candidate.Also, check your details of Roll No., Name, Question Set and DOB which would be pre-printed
on your OMR Sheet before starting your response to the question.
5. Question paper of written test will be bilingual, English and Hindi. In case of any discrepancy in the question paper, English
version will be considered as final.
6. There is no negative mark for incorrect answers.
7. Admission will be granted on verification of identity of the candidate on the basis of acceptable photo-id proof comprising any
one of the following documents (in original) only: PAN Card, Voters Id Card,
Passport or Driving License. Candidates not possessing the prescribed photo-id proof, shall not be allowed to sit for the written
test
8. Possession of this card does not mean that the candidate has appeared for the written test.
9. Mobile Phones, Pagers, Calculators, Tab or any other electronic devices shall not be allowed in Examination Hall.
10. Candidates are found using or in possession of the above inside the Examination Hall, shall be summarily disqualified.

Question Instructions and Guidelines

1. Candidates appearing for the position of Block Community Process Managers shall be attempting SET-A with 150 questions. All
questions shall be compulsory.
2. Candidates appearing for the position of Rogi Sahayata Kendra Manager and Rogi Sahayata Kendra Operator shall be attempting
SET-B with 150 questions. All questions shall be compulsory.
3. Candidates appearing for the position of Block Community Process Manager and either one or both of the Rogi Sahayata Kendra
positions shall be attempting SET-C with 255 questions. All questions shall be compulsory.
