Nature Of Work:

1)Routine checkup and attending electromechanical complaints &

trouble shooting on HVAC chilled water systems, Air handling units,
Fan coil units & chilled water pumps.
2) Routine checkup & attending electromechanical complaints &
trouble shooting on HVAC DX units, Reverse cycle Split, Window &
Portable A.C Units, Water coolers, Ice makers, Refrigerators,
Freezers, Cold rooms, De humidifiers and Delta barriers.
3) Installation and commissioning of HVAC Dx units, Reverse cycle
Split A.C units including copper pipe, brazing, pipe insulation,
clamping, flaring, leak test vaccumisation and gas charging.
4) Monthly servicing and cleaning of all types of HVAC units.
5)Annual preventive maintenance including
(a) Complete servicing, cleaning, electrical & mechanical
components.
(b) Changing all types of fan motors and water pump motors ball
bearings
(c) Greasing for ball bearings
(d) Water treatment for chilled water
6) Prepare weekly & monthly work reports.
7) Prepare spare parts requisition for HVAC units.
8) Good knowledge of brazing (Copper, Brass and Silver) and
electrical welding works.
9) Good Knowledge of any types of HVAC related drawings &
controls.
10) Good knowledge in electro mechanical HVAC tools like Clamp
meter, Meggar, Swedging and flaring tool, Pipe bender, Vaccum
pump, Oil pump, Gas transfer unit and Gas leak detector.
