as she is under consideration for obtaining her master's degree in higher education at Loyola
University Chicago.
My name is Jose Iniguez, a Student Success Advisor at National Louis University, but most
important, I am Antoaneta' classmate in the Higher Education program. I have known
Antoaneta for approximately two years. I have worked with many students, but Antoaneta is a
great person to work with because of her individuality and loving personality. I have seen
Antoaneta blossom in her academic career. She has been very focused on her current degree,
grades, and continues to work towards her professional development. Antoaneta is an
independent woman that can be the most supportable and responsible person in times of needs.
Antoaneta is a classmate that has demonstrated an ability to work hard and gives her projects
first priority. Having worked with her, I have found her to be very intelligent, self-governing, as
well as professional. Antoaneta has demonstrated an ability to critically think, analyze, and
effectively communicate in any form of communication. Her skills and abilities have been
outstanding as a classmate, graduate assistant position at Loyola University and internship
position at DePaul University.
Antoaneta is focused on her classroom assignments and shows a high level of committed to her
peers and the program's vision and mission. Her ability to emerge as a leader or fall back as a
follower is astounding each time we had completed any assignments together. Antoaneta has
dedicated herself to her personal and professional development by returning to Loyola University
and seeking a higher level of education that brings a holistic approach to her future career.
Antoaneta is organized, enthusiastic, and willing to put her best foot forward to complete any
task. She is a delight to have as colleague in the classroom and as a friend as well. She will be an
asset to her chosen field as a future professional in higher education.
For these reasons, I strongly recommend Antoaneta Topalova as a highly motivated student with an
intellect and a background that have prepared her well as she completes her master degree. She will be
