Description
The TPM Pressure Monitoring Device has been designed to
monitor pressure-controlled rooms and comprises a basic
unit with the FCCU-T Operator Terminal. As a supplementary option a matching pressure transducer can be supplied
if there is not one, i.e. to provide an independent monitoring
function.
The Monitoring includes:
indication of power supply failure
an visual alarm that cannot be deleted
an acoustic alarm
alarm via potential-free contact
The TPM uses the actual value output (analogue signal)
of the room pressure differential transducer, that is either
existing or is available as a supplementary option.
It provides a visual and acoustic alarm if the required
pressure is not reached. The acoustic alarm can be suppressed via a button on the operator terminal or stops
automatically after a period of time that can be set. The
alarm can be passed on via a potential-free contact.

Description of Function
The TPM monitoring device is used to visualise and
monitor the room pressure. For this purpose the
pressure-linear analogue output signal of a pressure transducer is connected. This transducer usually simultaneously
acts as an actual value sensor for room control. In especially sensitive areas the use of an additional separate pressure
transmitter (recording of independent measured values)
is recommended. All standard diaphragm pressure transducers (possibly with a digital display) can be used because
the TPM can be programmed accordingly.

TPM
Pressure monitoring device to control room pressure, visual
and acoustic indication if required pressure is not reached
and visual indication if pressure is exceeded. Evaluation of
the actual output signal of an existing or optionally available
an additional pressure transducer to independently record
the room pressure.
The following values are monitored:
Pressure below the set/required pressure, visual alarm
red LED and acoustic alarm with adjustable acoustic
alarm time that can be suppressed on the operator
terminal, as well as passing on via potential-free contact.
Exceeding the set/required pressure, yellow LED
Set pressure OK, green LED
Special function:
Pressure reversal via switching input.
