Description and Purpose of Change:

Die Technology

Pericom has added PSE Technology (Shandong)

Corporation as qualified manufacturing facility for our FCP
products. This action has been taken to increase Pericoms
manufacturing capacity for products being assembled in FY
(NKS5), FL (NKS3) package types.

Wafer Fabrication

The PSE-SD manufacturing facility has already been shipping

production material for the customers of our Pericoms
subsidiary PSE-TW (aka: SaRonix-eCERA). PSE-SD facility has
achieved certification to ISO-9001:2008, ISO-1401:2004 and also
passed several audits and product qualification from Pericom

Attached for customer reference is a list of Pericom part
numbers using the above package types that could potentially
be chosen for assembly at PSE-SD.
No specific list of part numbers to be manufactured by PSE-SD
has been determined at this time, as the decision on when, what
product, and which approved assembly supplier will be used,
will be made on an on-going basis by Pericoms Planning
department. This flexibility increases our manufacturing
responsiveness and allows Pericom to better meet customer
demand and delivery requirement.
