1. BUSINESS DESCRIPTION, LOCATION AND ORGANISATION STRUCTURE

The business plan is elaborated by Mia Benko and Ivana Pavi. The idea behind the
company came by discovering opportunities that this market and the behavior of
individuals offer.
DRUNXI is a company which specializes in transportation services. For it to provide
transportation services, there is a Nissan e-NV200 Electric Van with 6 seats and 1
driver seat. There should be mentioned that DRUNXI is a taxi that conveys
passengers between locations of their choice, but passangers that have consumed
alcohol.
The location of the company is in Koprivnica, Gorika ulica 42a.
The director of the company, Ivana Pavi represents the company by managing
public relations, coordinating the work and ofcourse, taking calls from customers. Mia
Benko is the driver, better said heart of our company. Experience, excellent driving
skills and communication skills are highly required in this business, and Mia meets
them all.
MISSION
Our mission is to ensure a safe and comfortable drive to the desired location of every
individual that consumed alcohol.
VISION
Our vision is to reach the leading market position of northwestern Croatia.
STRATEGY
The basis of our strategy is focusing on individuals who are consuming alcohol.
MARKET GOAL
We are focused on the younger population, not that the elders could not become our
potential customers. DRUNXI makes no exception; everyone who consumed alcohol
is welcomed to experience a smooth drive to the desired location.
2. MARKET ANALYSIS
In Croatia, there are many companies engaged in the taxi service field. However,
providing transportation services for high taxi fares gives DRUNXI an opportunity to
provide high quality service, client safety transportation for low taxi fares.
2.1. COMPETITOR ANALYSIS
In Koprivnica, there are two taxi services that represent a direct competition on the
market; TAXi sunce and Taxi Damir. DRUNXI is a company that is able to anticipate

trends and changes on the market and keep up with the innovations of the
competition.
