FORMULATION
1.1.
Background
From the previous chapter, we have identified customer needs by interviewing and
spreading questioner more than a hundred persons. We got some needs from them and also
analyze them. We make group of needs and rank each of them based on its urgency and
importance. This leads us to the conclusion that we have main problems here:
1.
2.
. Although, the problems mention above are not the main problems of these. We also
consider it in making our new product. We try to make an ideal product that can fulfill all of
the problems mention.
To solve two main problems we should make a new concept of margarine.. From the
assignment 2, we also have specification final for our products. It fulfills the solution for two
main problems and other problems above. So, the final specifications for our product are:

We can also estimate the consumption of each indonesian in 2016. So the consumption will
be 2 grams in each week. After that, we can also estimate the consumption of margarine in
each year by multipling it with 52. Because each year has fifty two weeks.

Is it all population can buy all of our margarine? No. We only sell it for urban. Why? Because
our product is high quality and helathy margarine. We only target the citizen. We believe that
citizen will have enthusiasm in our product than villagers. It is happened because our product
has the ease of using. We believe that margarine will be sold in city than in village. From
BPS, we can find the distribution of population in Indonesia
